Initially only available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Caesars Sportsbook is now online in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming. New York was the first state to debut in 2022, while Louisiana went live less than a month later. Caesars Kansas debuted later in 2022 when it went live in September, and Maryland came online that November. Ohio launched on January 1, 2023, and Massachusetts came online on March 10, 2023.

Caesars has some ground to make up in the sports betting race with industry leaders DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM, but the company is working toward closing the gap. A new advertising program, quality welcome offer and an all-around great betting platform will certainly help.
